96kbps rate for the MP3 sound, a total lenght of 1h30 and 59 seconds.
Configuration
Chapter 1 - Select Format
Our movie DIVX NTSC we are going
to encode in VCD format is composed of 23,97 frames by second, we select
then in the VCD options, the NTSC Film format. (For a NTSC movie of 29.97
fps we will select "NTSC" and for 25 fps movie, we will select
"PAL").
Once the format is selected, click on the "Next" button.
